Is Affiliate Marketing Profitable?
Hello fellow Affiliate Marketers,
My question today has to do with sales
and New product Launches creating Affiliate sales for Internet Marketers.
Can you make money as an Affiliate in todays Market? Yes and No. There
is money to be made on the Market today as an Affiliate as long as you go about
it the right way! I purposely held off from posting this so my emotions would not
get the better of my copy and/or comments. If I had posted this yesterday I would
probably been blacklisted or banned from the Internet or something of the sort
because I am very upset about a certain new Launch that just took place and I feel
that I have every right to be so. Let me tell you what I am talking about;
For the last 2 weeks I have been feverishly promoting a certain pre-launch of
a new product that to this day I fully stand behind as an Awesome and useful tool
and system for any Marketers Business, I was told in the very beginning when approached
to be a JV on this product to use the Clickbank ID Affiliate URL so that all pre-sales could
be tracked and was assured that anyone clicking through with my Url would be cookied
with my Affiliate ID. OK, no problem, I rolled with it even though I would usually cloak
a Clickbank ID to keep the Commission thieves out of my pocket.
Results are in, I had 56 confirmed clicks on my ads for the product , Yes I tracked
all of my ads, All 62 of them! I was not real pleased with the results because I figured
on more clicks than I recieved but just discounted that to the amount of JV’s onboard
that were also promoting this certain product. 56 clicks through to the site supposedly
assured that if these people ended up purchasing the product I would get the commission,
The Launch was a big success and is still going strong right now, My sales? A big
fat 0, nada, zilch, Nothing ! out of 56 people? come on folks, something is not right in
Dodge tonight! Is there a reason? I do believe there is! This is strictly my opinion and
may not be shared by others but I am typing this and I will have my say!
On the day of the Launch every Big Gun, Super Affiliate came out with their ads with
Big bonuses if you signed up with their Affiliate ID, no problem, I have my people cookied
supposedly for my protection against such actions. I have no problem with Super Affiliates
doing business the way that they do, Most of the bonuses are great products all by themselves,
and I realize they have to do that to compete with the other Super Affiliates but…What happen
to my cookies??? Where did my sales Go??? Was it all just a farce to get me to promote the
product for them so they didn’t have to until launch day?
I recieved 21 ads for the product myself on Launch day (yes i am on everybody’s list)
without ever recieving one prelaunch ad. Even the Owner of the product has sent me
several ads trying to sell me the product after I have reviewed the entire thing long before
it Launched, No problem, It’s Salesmanship and I love it! But… Where did my money go???
I have come to a conclusion on Affiliate Marketing, If you want to make money on
Affiliate sales do not let them suck you in on a Pre-launch so-called JV venture! If
you do not have 1000’s of freebies to give away as bonuses with a simple product that
cost Under a hundred dollars! Don’t even try to compete with the Super Affiliates.
All you are going to do is work your tail off for someone else, You will not get the sales,
I will still be an Affiliate but I will be more selective as to what I promote and
when I promote it. I am out 250 in advertising and approximately 2500 in sales that
should be in my Clickbank account right now. Am I bitter? yes I am and I believe this
is one of the Biggest scams on the Internet today! If I can prevent anyone from
getting abused as I was than all of this typing will not have been in vain. Wake up
people! They are not playing the same game as us Honest individuals that are simply
trying to make a living in a devistated economy. Evidently cookies are not enough
to secure a sale so do more to protect yourself if you do get into one of these deals.
Ok, I just reread my article and I don’t believe I stepped on anyone’s toes even
though I wanted to, I kept it clean but got my point out. Please be careful where you
do business and with who you do business with on the Internet today because there
are many unscrupulous individuals out there that will abuse and rob you if given the
chance!
I am currently creating a product that directly applies to this situation in a big way
but this setback has prevented me from completeing it, If you would like to be a part of
something Huge and something that every Marketer can and will utilize in their Online
Business in one aspect or another then help me out just a little bit. Anyone interested
in a percentage of the profits from the sale of this tool can get in for a modest fee of
$150.00 and I will guarantee 5% of total sales for each $150.00 contributed. Yes I will
absorb the taxes on my end and product delivery will also be my job, If interested just
leave a message at leprechaun1349@gmail.com or lepretrim47@yahoo.com and I will
contact you with all the details. Have a wonderful day and God Bless!
