Almost a scary thought isn’t it?

I’m Back!  Sorry for the lack of posts recently but as my last

post referred to, I evidently do not have very many Friends.

Having emersed myself in my Business ventures for so many years

and ignoring the Friends that I did have, I found myself pretty

much Alone.. but yet, Not Alone!

Many Fellow Americans and many more around the World Wide

Web can relate to my situation; Having lost my Business of 12 years

as a Finish Carpenter along with my home of 13 years. Therefore

limiting my access to the World Wide Web and the Dreams that go with it.

That is what is so Great about the Internet,  All you need is a Computer

with an Internet connection and the right opportunity to make the Money

you need to survive or flourish in this Economy, It’s all up to You!

In my absence from the World Wide Web, I did manage to keep up with

my offline SEO and link Building Service through my Business Site which

on many fronts with the Sites I was promoting including my own.

My Site is currently sitting in the #1 & #2 position out of 39 million results

On the very day I lost my home I was blessed with an opportunity to

go back to work, Not at my old career but an older one yet.  I am now

of employment and enjoyment , I found out they had a Website !  So

being the Leprechaun of SEO, I did what I do best–  I have the Site

pizza. Just one of the many Sites I have put on the First Page of the many

Search Engines. i achieved this rank with nothing but offline SEO.

Any of you that have ever worked at an eating establishment can

probably relate to the situation that I find myself in, Going from my

own Business to working for the “Man”   This has many drawbacks

but also relieves much stress and headaches at the same time.  In

my 30+ years in the Food Industry I have worked with and trained

thousands. But just recently I noticed something that scares the Hell

out of me!  Keep in mind I am not working at ” The Ritz” or some 5

star Restaurant , I am simply working at a local Gourmet Pizza joint.

The Education level of our young adults and teenagers seems to be

slipping to an all time  low!

We have around a dozen servers, men and women alike, with 80%

being just out of high school.  These servers bring tickets to me and

the other Chef in the kitchen that is preparing the Fine Dining Meals

that we offer here along with the Pizza’s , Stromboli’s and Calzones

that I prepare daily.   When we receive these tickets we are amazed,

bewildered and sometimes dumbfounded by the spelling and the

grammar mistakes that are ever present.  95% of the tickets have to

be clarified or deciphered before we can start to prepare the meal.

Mind you, most of the words that are misspelled  are sitting right

in front of them on the Menu they are giving to the customer! It

seems that these kids right out of high school don’t have a clue as

to how to spell even simple words .  These are the Next Generation

that is suppose to take care of this Country and all of us Baby Boomers

when we get old!   That is a Scary Thought!

If 12 years of Education is producing these uneducated and somewhat

illiterate young adults today, What does the future hold for the kids of

these kids?

As you go through your life on a daily basis doing what you do, Just

pay attention and observe the people around you. See if you can figure

their education level without asking them. Try to figure the grade level

the majority fit in.

In my observations here where I live in North Carolina, I find the Grade

level to be at an astoundingly low 8th or even 7th grade level.  With factors

like ; Did they Graduate?  What grade did they finish?  Can they read or write?

Is there lack of education holding them back? and several more.

How does your State or country add up? I would love some feedback on

this subject and will publish any and all articles submitted for this Post.

Please don’t get me wrong!  These are great people and I enjoy working

with all of them, But the real fear for the Future is ever-present!

With a job secured I was able to move out of my tent and into an Argosy

Camper at the same campground; Hawkins Creek Campground in Hubert

North Carolina.  As of Yesterday I have an Internet connection and access

to The World Wide Web once again!  My posts will be more frequent and

my knowledge, great offers and resources will be filling the pages once again.

Paid to Read update #3 Jacob mails

Are you using any Paid to Read sites in your

Internet Marketing Business? If you have followed

my blog for awhile then you know that I use PTR

to supplement my advertising dollars and I have

finally reached the Payoff point at Jacobmails.

I was told that they would get back with me in

a couple days when I went to cash out at Jacobmails,

No paperwork, No frills, No Bells or Whistles just;

What is that suppose to mean? In case you didn’t

Marketing Presence and Strategy, This will be a part of my

Arsenal for a long time to come. Ofcourse you have to get

some traffic to these Hubs in order to make any money,

But it doesn’t have to be Affiliate money when you have

Google and Amazon onboard for the ads. You can build

up on a niche without pressuring for sales. Once the traffic

is going to the site then hit them with the sales pitch all

at once instead of trickles, Gives you the opportunity to

It has been a week and Nothing heard from

Jacobmails.com, Even though I am still getting

Ads to read in my Email. I went to my account

and seen where they took the 300,000 out but

I have been sent no notification of any Mail

coming my way, No email confirming my due

amount or offers for advertising options!

Nothing, Nothing at all…

Maybe I am just being Impatient, Maybe i

should give them more time and not think so

negative about this. Is not knowing the facts of

a situation always negative? or is it a mind set

of the individual? Must doubt always be seen as

negativity on a situation? I am not being negative

at all, just wondering like many of you are! I am

just on the other side of the fence, You are sitting

there wondering if people actually do get paid from

these Paid to Read sites and I am sitting here wondering

If ” I ” am going to get Paid!!

Surely you all know that I am not on a Witch hunt

or anything like that when it comes to Paid to Read sites,

I am simply exploring the World Wide Web for all it is

worth and experiencing everything I can as I go.

I sincerely hope that This one situation does not

influence or hinder either way, anyones decision to use

or not use Paid to Read sites now or in the future.

I will continue to use them myself even though it

may be with different Services. My account at Jacobmails

is still active and I am already up to 20,000 on my next

run to 300,000. My account at At-mails is over 300. and

climbing steadily! Am I a Jackass for expecting 50 cent

an email for my time? Or does At-mails meet with the

approval of Entrepreneurs.

Have you been Scammed on the Internet?

There are so many Scams on the Internet today

that it is almost impossible to open my Email on

any given day and see atleast 3 scam related Emails.

These scams range from Inheritance scams ,

Lottery winning scams, and even scams to So-called

help people get out of the Turmoil of their Country.

I have seen many such scams in my Email for the

last couple of years but just recently it got a lot worse,

could it be the Economy? or is it the Fact that more and

more people are getting on the Internet seeking ways

to get rich quick. All of these new people fill the ranks

of the soon to be swindled or soon to be misled with

stories of grandeur and Freedom from debt.

I especially like the one where the Old person

is on their deathbed looking for someone to give their

millions to and out of 54 million, You have been chosen

for your God Fearing Ways!

I truly read all of these scams and their sales pitch’s

because some of them are really good and if used to

promote a true product or situation would do very well

in the Internet Marketing arena. Some of the Ads or

Scams, whichever you care to call them, Are so good

and obviously written by a professional caliber type

copywriter, That it is a shame they are not using their

talent for legal and upstanding methods of obtaining

wealth on the Internet.

Don’t just trash the Scams, Read them and maybe

you can use the knowledge to better write your copy

or Sales pages. Free knowledge is the best kind and

you never know where it may come from.

Are you having a hard time signing up prospects?

Are you signing up prospects and subscribers and

losing them the next week? There are many reasons for

this and I am here to shed some light on the subject.

In todays Internet Marketing World there is a lot

of competition in the Multi-level Marketing and member

site arena, Couple that with the soiled reputation that

has been thrust upon the Internet Community and you

have a tough situation in front of you when it comes

to building a Team or Downline. One good point in your

favor is the fact that more and more new people are

arriving online daily looking for the golden goose.

If you are trying to build a Team or Downline then

there is a few things you need to accomplish either

before or during your drive to stardom and Wealth,

#1 Online Presence; You need to build up your Internet

presence so that people will know who you are and

what kind of business you are into. Anyone can run a

Business offline because it is a physical situation where

people can interact and visualize, Online in the Internet

Marketing Business you can see pictures or even Videos

but is that really who you are dealing with? Ever stop to

think that it could be an actor? Possibilities are endless

in this Business and on the other hand, So are the Scams!

One way to build your presence on the Internet is

to sign up on some Forums that relate to the Niche you

are Targeting and post some comments, Get to know the

people that are involved in your Niche and see what they

are being successful with before you even devise your

Gameplan. Develope a relationship with the Group and

make sure to include every one, You can never have too

many friends or prospects.

A Blog is another, In my eyes, necessity, Open a Blog

and post on a regular basis with pertinent and knowledgeable

content, Put your address out to the Forums and start to build

your Team by having a sign-in box on the Blog. Offer all of this

content for free and build trust with your prospects. When the

prospects sign up on your blog or site make sure you go visit

their site to return the favor or just to get a better Idea of who

you are dealing with. It pays to know your customers!

As your list builds you will have to get an Autoresponder

for the follow up emails, I would run maybe 2 a week in the

beginning with no sales attempted for the first several weeks.

An offer of some Affiliate product would be something to start

with before you Blast the List with your own Product and site.

Remember, Your prospects are people too, Treat them as

you would treat yourself ! Respect, Trust and understanding

will get you where you want to go, but all three must go both

ways. Don’t burn out your prospects with too many offers, If

you plan on a member site I would only offer a product every

three months or so, You are already getting their money every

month. If you need more money, Sign up more people!

When building your presence on the Internet do not

forget to use all of the resources at your disposal such as;

Hub pages, Squidoo, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and many

more. These social sites will bring you a lot of Traffic if

you use and stay active in them. They say Knowledge is King,

but I believe Presence is either ahead of or running a close

Jacobmails is a Paid to Read site where

It has been 21 days since I cashed out at

in less than 3 months. I have yet to hear anything

back from Jacobmails admin as to the disposition

of my payout but I have still been recieving Emails

but am I reading for my health? I do not ask for much,

Anyone can make money with Affiliate Marketing right?

Let’s face it! You can’t just post Ads on the Internet and

expect everyone to buy your product or sign up for your

opportunity overnite, Especially if your using an Affiliate

site given to you by the Marketer of the product where you

don’t even get the priviledge of creating a list of Subscribers.

All thats going to happen is, You are going to wake up and

eagerly turn on your computer and check your Clickbank stats

JacobMails Updated, Paid to Read?

Here I am sitting with “Some Beach”on my mind,

sipping on my Sweet Tea and nibbling on some cheese.

Some of you have been following me on my Reviews

of several Paid to Read sites that I have been using to

make money online, or should I say, Trying to make

money online. So far, I haven’t been paid by any of

the three sites I am using  and my confidence is just

about used up and the frustration is starting to set in.

I signed up with a Paid to Read site called Jacobmails

on the 15th of August 2008 and reached the pay-off

limit on the 15th of November 2008 which was set at a

measly 300,000.  The system states that they will get

in” touch” with me with-in 30 days or a reasonable time

there after, What-ever that is supposed to mean.

The 30 days were up on the 15th of December and

I was really hoping to get a reply by Christmas but as

you can tell, that didn’t happen. What would you consider

“A Reasonable amount of Time?”  Feedback is most Welcome

on this Blog so don’t be shy!

I have already earned 158,580 towards my next pay-off

just incase I do get paid, I will be on my way to another great

Payday. I may just use the money to advertise this time and

see if I can create more income that way.

Are you using Hub pages to make money online?

If you are an Internet Marketer and you are not using

Hub Pages to make money online then you missing a Great

resource and lucrative source of Income and Traffic.

I have been using Hub Pages for just a little over 2 months

now and have had 1400 visitors to only 10 hubs with one of

money online, One way to monetize your Hub pages is to put links

on your Hubs to other Sites like your blog or any other Opportunity

you need Traffic to. I average about 75 hits  every 2 weeks to my blog

from the Hub Pages I have links set up on. Not Bad for Free Traffic.

Jacobmails Scam Revealed

Many of you have been following my reports on PTR

sites in the last couple of months where I have been using

Jacobmails , Motomails and Atmails to supplement my income

and did everything that I was told correctly to asure my payment

but still did not get paid. I waited the 90 days, I did not bash the

site at Jacobmails and I even sent a Half dozen emails with no response.

I realize that their payout was a little hard to believe and that is why

I chose them to use for this subject, If you are going after a Scam then go

for the biggest on the Market!  I told you all in the beginning that I would

uncover the Scams in Paid to Read sites and now we have our first no-pay

site on the list.

The really stupid part of Jacobmails is that after not getting paid I

decided to use the money I acrued after cash-out to advertise on the

site just to see if it would work.  I sent my advertising request in at 10

pm on the 16th of January and recieved a confirmation email in about

30 seconds, Thats right! 30 seconds!  They couldn’t return my emails

pertaining to my pay-out but they sure did not hesitate to take my

earnings and apply that to my advertising.  I am appreciative of the

quick response and hope the advertising part of the site is better than

the Pay side of things but the outlook on this is not so great either.

I have been tracking my stats for this ad and it has only been shown

2 times since I entered the details, That would be 100,000 per visit!

Can you afford those kind of advertising numbers?

Thank God it was Free!

I have not reached pay-out on Motomails or Atmails at this time so

I will be updating these at a later date. Motomails is a Great site on the

surface and I will not bash them, But the pay-out is so large that it will

take forever to reach.  Atmails pay-out is at a reachable level of 2000

and should be attainable in a relatively short period of time

Please get together with me on this one, Jacobmails is not going to

pay you but they are enjoying plenty of free advertising from all of

us that have been scammed. Lets not give them the satisfaction of this!

As of right now I will never mention Jacobmails again. I will concentrate

on the sites that actually do pay!

The Most Important Part of My Day

It’s 5:32 am on the East Coast of North Carolina

I’m watching the Sun spread its Golden Rays of nutrients

and life across the Earth in front of me as i read The Wall

Street Journal online.

I have already consumed 3 cups of Columbia’s Finest

and half a pack of Marlboro Lights as I patiently wait for

the clock to read 9:00 am.  I await the ever-slowing passage

of time with much anticipation and growing anxiety on this

beautiful day.

As you can tell by the picture above, i have some rather

important business to conduct at the Bank when they open at 9:00

am this morning. I anticipate making a few investments while at the

Bank today with my options being Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and

my Favorite:  My Forex Account!

I know, I know, Your probably saying to yourself ; ” And I care for

What Reason?”   Well, Bear with me on this and I will show you how

First, A little about me just so you know who is bothering you so

What Are Friends Really?

The Mysteries of Friendship

Do you have a lot of Friends? Do you really know what

Friends are?  Have you ever asked yourself this Question?

Me Neither!  until recently,  Here is some of what I call

Friends!

#1  Are People you know and Trust.

#2  People you could leave in your house and not worry

about anything.

#3  People you work with every day(?)

#4  Say “Howdy” when you run in to them at the Grocery.

#5  Call out of the Blue just to see how you are and what

you have been doing.

#6  Come over to your House on the Weekends to Play

Poker.

#7  Invite you to come along when they are taking the

Boat out.

#8  Say nice things about you when you are not around.

#9  Care!

#10  Are there for you when Times get rough.

#11  Bring their Kids over to Play with Yours.

#12  Find a Way to be “Real Friends”

Real Friends are hard to come by and even harder to

Keep!  Please don’t get Friends mixed up with the term;

“Acquaintance”   You know the ones!  Crowd Fillers at

all the local hangouts and Gatherings with comments

like; Oh Yeah, “I knew him, He was a Great Carpenter!

But I hear he had a Bad Attitude.”  or  “Didn’t he have 7 Kids?”

“I hear he got Cancer”   I could go on but you get the Idea.

They always have a comment whether they knew the

person or not!   It’s not hard to Think you know someone,

But it is Hard to really get to know anyone.

These are the people that would read about your troubles

in the newspaper and make a bold statement about it like;

” If I was him I would have……”   and then throw the Paper

in the garbage never to cross their mind again!

Great People in their own right, but they just can’t be

bothered by the Trials and  Tribulations of Others.  I

refer to them as Sheep!  Conform to Societary  Rules

and Regulations and keep your mouth Shut.  What a Life!

I have tons of Acquaintances, Having been around the

World twice with the Military and across our Great Country

here twice with residences in many States on both side of

the Mississippi.  I have seen both oceans that border our

Continent and several Seas around the World, Even a Dead

one!  In my 49 years of existance on this Earth, I have had

the Pleasure of visiting and living in 13 different countries

around the Globe with Germany being my Favorite.  I have

met and conversed with Millions of People in my life and

have done this in 4 diferent languages. (none fluent)

I have been Blessed with all of these experiences but

I have also been Cheated!  Cheated by Life!  Cheated by

Myself !  how could one man possibly keep up with tens

of thousands of Friends from all around the World?

People Move, People Die, People just get pissed off and

leave, never to be heard from again!  For one reason or

another, People come in and out of your Life like a big

revolving door. You will meet, greet and try to remember

over a Million people in your Lifetime.  Hang on to the

Good ones and Remember the Lessons learned from the

Not so Good ones.  Friends are hard to find and even more

difficult to keep around you, So If you have any  Real

Friends,  Do your best to keep in touch. Do your part in

the Friendship, It’s a two way street and when traveled

with Friends it’s much more enjoyable!

In todays Society it is even easier to keep in touch

with your many Friends.  With the Internet and all of

the Social Sites popping up every day like; Facebook,

Twitter.com, Zenzuu, Myspace and YouTube.  All you

need is an Internet connection and an Email ,  You can

be a Social Magnet over night!

If you can’t find your Friends online in one of the Many

Social  Sites , Maybe you should introduce them to a couple.

You may even make a commission!  Nothing like making a

little money online even if your not trying to. Your Friends

won’t mind.(?)

I am Posting this because of situations that have arizen

in my Life recently that made me sit back and reflect on

how I have lived my Life.  Am I proud of Myself?  Should

I be?  Is anyone else proud of me? Should they be?   I have

no regrets for how I have lived and the things i have done

because I am looking Forward , Not Backwards!  Memories

are just that, I am not sitting in a Rocking Chair on the

Front porch telling stories to the grand kids yet. Will I

make it to that stage?  Who knows!   I Live by a little code

that goes  ” You can’t Keep a Good Man Down”
